TRIBUNNEWS.COM - Aktris Nikita Mirzani memang belum secara gamblang menyatakan jika dirinya sudah resmi menikah dengan pengusaha Dipo Latief.

Namun, kabar mereka sudah menikah sudah ramai dibicarakan.

Keduanya bahkan juga sudah melakukan liburan yang diduga bulan madu ke Maldives beberapa waktu lalu.

Nikita Mirzani juga kerap membagikan momen berdua dengan Dipo Latief di kediamannya yang seakan menggambarkan mereka sudah tinggal satu atap.

Banyak yang belum tahu kisah asmara keduanya terjalin sejak kapan dan bagaimana mulanya.

Namun, dengan terang-terangan Nikita Mirzani dan Dipo Latief akhirnya mau membuka kisah asmaranya melalui video tanya jawab yang dilakukan oleh fotografer, Rio Wibowo atau yang akrab disapa Rio Motret, di akun YouTubenya.

Pada kali itu, Rio menanyakan bagaimana kencan pertama antara Nikita Mirzani dan Dipo Latief dilakukan.

Nikita Mirzani pun menjawab dengan malu-malu.

"Dia (Dipo Latief) jemput ke rumah (Nikita Mirzani) dibawa ke rumah dia, selesai," jawab Nikita Mirzani seraya tertawa dan disambut tawa juga oleh Dipo Latief.

Selanjutnya, Nikita Mirzani juga mengatakan alasannya mengapa dirinya bisa jatuh hati kepada pengusaha kaya raya tersebut.

"Itu bisa gue rasakan buat dia, yang pasti sayang banget sama dia, mudah-mudahan semua berjalan dengan lancar, kamu jadi yang terakhir buat aku, aku jadi yang terkahir buat kamu," jelas Nikita Mirzani.

Tidak hanya Nikita Mirzani, Dipo Latief juga mengutarakan alasannya mengapa dirinya memilih Nikita Mirzani untuk menjadi tambatan hatinya kini.

"Aku respect sama dia, karena ternyata semakin saya kenalin, personality-nya, orangnya sangat peduli, pokoknya orangnya sangat penyayang," tandas Dipo Latief.(Grid.ID, Widyastuti)

"Aku akan membuat pengakuan kepada kalian semuan, se Indonesia harus tahu, dengarkan suara Lucinta Luna, mau tahu, saya sebanarnya, pasang telinga, pakai headset ya, bahwa Lucinta Luna ini adalah, bahwa Lucinta Luna adalah, aku wanita yang sedang jatuh cinta," ujarnya sambil bernyanyi lagu Reza Arramevia.

Admin akun Instagram Lambe Turah juga menanyakan kepada Nikita Mirzani soal perseteruannya.

Perseteruan tersebut saat Lucinta Luna dan Nikita Mirzani berada di program acara yang berbeda.

"Intinya adalah kalau kamu mau kerja di dunia ertertain itu harus bermodalkan kejujuran, karena dari kejujuran orang bisa respek. Orang pasti akan nerima dengan ketulusan dan lapang dada", ujar Niki.

Cuando Walmart y Comercial Mexicana, los principales clientes de la marca King’s Harvest, notificaron a la empresa que empezarían a comercializar sus hortalizas producidas en invernadero bajo sus marcas blancas, Obed Mayoral, Eduardo Bustamante y Arturo Arellano, sus fundadores, hicieron cuentas y decidieron cerrar. Bajo esos términos, la producción no les salía rentable.

No pasó mucho antes de que estos tres ingenieros agrónomos, que se conocieron hace 20 años mientras estudiaban en la Universidad Autónoma Chapingo, tuvieran un nuevo proyecto. Para nutrir y proteger los cultivos de King’s Harvest habían creado un sistema biológico que aumentaba la productividad. Decidieron continuar investigando sobre el tema y, 12 meses después de cerrar su primera empresa, en 2013, crearon Tecnologías AgriBest, que este año, además, lanzará una biosolución, en proceso de patente, para luchar contra el mosquito portador del virus del Zika.

“A un mosquito lo puedes matar con una molécula química o con un extracto de planta, que incluso se come, pero que paraliza el sistema nervioso del mosco y lo mata. Para el humano y el medioambiente es inocuo”, afirma Mayoral, director general de la compañía. Este virus tiene en alerta a la Secretaría de Salud que, en octubre de 2017, lanzó una convocatoria para la presentación de productos que ayuden en su combate.

El Banco Mundial estimó en 744 millones de dólares la pérdida de ingresos para México en 2016 por esta epidemia. Los emprendedores aún no se han acercado al gobierno federal, aunque forma parte de su estrategia. La principal línea de negocio es la producción de soluciones biotecnológicas a partir de extractos de plantas y microorganismos, para cultivos como maíz, sorgo,frijol, cebada y caña de azúcar. Éstos alteran el metabolismo de las plantas a fin de potenciar su capacidad productiva y protegerlos de plagas, sin modificar su ADN. Logra reducir entre 20 y 40% el uso de fertilizantes y pesticidas, y aumenta la producción entre 30 y 50%, asegura el directivo. El sistema tiene un costo promedio de 2,000 pesos por hectárea y se ha utilizado en 150,000 hectáreas de diferentes empresas, entre éstas, Grupo Modelo y Nestlé.

En 2017, la compañía, que tiene su laboratorio en Texcoco, donde se ubica Chapingo, inició su andadura internacional, tras surtir su primer embarque a Heard Farms, en Texas. Los costos de semillas, fertilizantes y pesticidas, además de las plagas (la Organización de las Naciones Unidas para la Alimentación y la Agricultura, FAO, calcula que son responsables de que se pierda entre 20 y 40% del rendimiento de las cosechas mundiales) son los principales problemas que enfrentan los agricultores, según el ‘Reporte sobre las condiciones de competencia en el sector agroalimentario’, de la Comisión Federal de Competencia (Cofece). México es, además, el quinto importador de fertilizantes del mundo.

Para ganar este mercado, Mayoral y sus socios tendrán que incrementar su infraestructura, para elevar su producción, indica Luis Aguirre Torres, presidente de Cleantech Challenge, una competencia que apoya start-ups de base tecnológica que combaten el cambio climático y que la empresa ganó en 2016. “AgriBest es lo más representativo de lo que está pasando en México en biotecnología para fortalecer el campo. Todo lo hacen a nivel molecular y eso es una tendencia mundial. Tienen el desarrollo tecnológico para competir en cualquier lugar”, afirma Aguirre.

(PRESS RELEASE VIA SNO) – The Zika virus in the Caribbean presented a difficult challenge, in terms of its rapid spread, its relationship to neurological anomalies and other complications among newborns and adults, and the potential for sexual transmission of the virus.

Unlike many viruses, Zika requires multiple tests performed at different stages of exposure or infection depending on the case.

The CARPHA laboratory serves as the regional reference laboratory for its Member States. One of its strategic priorities is to strengthen the health systems of CARPHA Member States through improved human resource development.

The Agency is currently serving as the Executing Agency for a European-Union (EU) funded Programme of Support for Health System Strengthening for the Prevention and Response to Outbreaks of Zika and other Mosquito-Borne Diseases in the Caribbean.

One of the main objectives of this twelve (12) month project, which comes to an end in October 2018, is to improve the detection of Zika through, among other things, building capacity of CARPHA Member States for diagnostic testing capacity for Zika.

As part of the Project, CARPHA recently delivered training to thirteen (13) Public Health Officials from the Trinidad and Tobago in the updating of serological diagnostic techniques for the Zika virus, and the detection of human antibodies against Zika Virus.

The objective of the workshop was to enhance laboratory testing capacity for Zika and other mosquito-borne diseases. Over two days, from 22 to 23 March 2018, representatives from the Trinidad Public Health Laboratory (TPHL), Insect Vector Control Division (IVCD), Eric Williams Medical Sciences Centre (EWMSC), and the Regional Health Authorities, were taught basic concepts of ELISA, and how to use an Elisa IgM Kit.

Over the next months, at least five (5) other Member States will receive the much-needed capacity-building and technical assistance for diagnostic testing.

An organic chemical compound shows effective antiviral activity against Ebola virus and several other viruses, according to a study led by Georgia State University.

The researchers found benzoquinoline inhibited the ability of Ebola virus to multiply and reproduce in cell culture. The findings are published in the journal Antiviral Research.

Ebola virus, a member of the filovirus family, is an enveloped, single-stranded RNA virus that causes severe disease in humans. The largest outbreak on record for the filovirus family was caused by Ebola virus in West Africa between 2013 and 2016, resulting in more than 28,000 infections and more than 11,000 deaths.

Only experimental treatments were available, and survivors, including health care workers, are at risk for persistent infections from the virus remaining in sites that can tolerate foreign substances without eliciting an inflammatory immune response, such as the eye and testes. There are no approved drugs to treat Ebola virus or other filovirus infections, so there is a critical need for new therapeutic approaches. A potential antiviral target is the viral machinery and activities involved in carrying out RNA synthesis for Ebola virus.

"This work provides a foundation for the development of novel antiviral agents to combat Ebola virus," said Dr. Christopher Basler, director of the Center for Microbial Pathogenesis and professor in the Institute for Biomedical Sciences at Georgia State and a Georgia Research Alliance Eminent Scholar in Microbial Pathogenesis.

In this study, the researchers screened a library of 200,000 small molecule compounds to identify potential inhibitors of Ebola virus RNA synthesis. They identified 56 hits that inhibited Ebola virus activity by more than 70 percent, while showing less than a 20 percent chance of being toxic to cells. They discovered three chemical structures with potent antiviral activity against Ebola virus in cell culture.

Human lung epithelial cells and human embryonic kidney cells were exposed to several viruses, Ebola virus, Marburg virus, vesicular stomatitis virus and Zika virus, and the antiviral effects of the three chemical structures were observed.

One of these chemical structures, benzoquinoline, showed antiviral activity against Ebola virus and was also active against another deadly filovirus, Marburg virus. Benzoquinoline was also effective against vesicular stomatitis virus from the rhabdovirus family, which can infect insects, cattle, horses and pigs, and Zika virus, which is spread to humans by mosquitoes.

"This study is part of a larger effort to find new therapies to treat highly dangerous Ebola virus infections," said lead author Dr. Priya Luthra of Georgia State.

Only experimental treatments were available, and survivors, including health care workers, are at risk for persistent infections from the virus remaining in sites that can tolerate foreign substances without eliciting an inflammatory immune response, such as the eye and testes. There are no approved drugs to treat Ebola virus or other filovirus infections, so there is a critical need for new therapeutic approaches. A potential antiviral target is the viral machinery and activities involved in carrying out RNA synthesis for Ebola virus.

“This work provides a foundation for the development of novel antiviral agents to combat Ebola virus,” said Dr. Christopher Basler, director of the Center for Microbial Pathogenesis and professor in the Institute for Biomedical Sciences at Georgia State and a Georgia Research Alliance Eminent Scholar in Microbial Pathogenesis.

In this study, the researchers screened a library of 200,000 small molecule compounds to identify potential inhibitors of Ebola virus RNA synthesis. They identified 56 hits that inhibited Ebola virus activity by more than 70 percent, while showing less than a 20 percent chance of being toxic to cells. They discovered three chemical structures with potent antiviral activity against Ebola virus in cell culture.

Human lung epithelial cells and human embryonic kidney cells were exposed to several viruses, Ebola virus, Marburg virus, vesicular stomatitis virus and Zika virus, and the antiviral effects of the three chemical structures were observed.

One of these chemical structures, benzoquinoline, showed antiviral activity against Ebola virus and was also active against another deadly filovirus, Marburg virus. Benzoquinoline was also effective against vesicular stomatitis virus from the rhabdovirus family, which can infect insects, cattle, horses and pigs, and Zika virus, which is spread to humans by mosquitoes.

“This study is part of a larger effort to find new therapies to treat highly dangerous Ebola virus infections,” said lead author Dr. Priya Luthra of Georgia State.

Co-authors of the study include Sudip Khadka, Megan R. Edwards and Sampriti De of Georgia State; Jue Liang, Shuguang Wei, Bruce Posner and Joseph M. Ready of the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center; and Colette A. Pietzsch and Alexander Bukreyev of the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston.

The study is funded by the National Institutes of Health.

JAKARTA - Nikita Mirzani dan Lucinta Luna terlibat cek cok saat diundang salah satu acara stasiun televisi swasta pada Rabu 28 Maret 2018. Lucinta Luna merasa penjelasannya saat menjawab pertanyaan sang presenter terpotong oleh kalimat yang dilontarkan Nikita Mirzani.

Ditemui di kawasan Mampang, Jakarta Selatan, Nikita Mirzani pun memberikan penjelasan terkait tindakannya tersebut. Presenter berusia 32 tahun ini mengaku risih dengan Lucinta Luna.

"Sebenarnya gue tidak mengenal dia, tidak ikut campur, tidak mau tahu apalagi dia siapa gue juga kagak tahu. Cuma gue risih saja sama orang yang begitu, yang kayak jenglot," kata Niki pada Kamis (29/3/2018).

"Mungkin (sombong) karena sudah go international. Jadi kayak seperti Beyonce, kayak Taylor Swift kata dia, Taylor yang penjahit itu. ya itu sah sah saja buat dia, dia punya dunia sendiri," tambahnya.

Seperti ramai diberitakan, Lucinta Luna dikabarkan sebagai seorang transgender namun tak mau mengakui hal tersebut. Padahal beberapa bukti berupa video usai ia melakukan operasi telah tersebar luas di sosial media.

Pada acara talkshow tersebut, Lucinta Luna dimintai pendapat oleh Ruben Onsu selaku presenter terkait banyaknya netizen yang turut memberikan komentar atas kabar transgender itu. Belum usai menjawab, Nikita pun melontarkan kalimat yang cukup membuat Lucinta Luna tersinggung.

Saat ditanya terkait pendapatnya terkait benat tidaknya Lucinta Luna sebagai transgender, Nikita Mirzani tak memberi jawaban secara jelas. Ia hanya mengaku tidak senang karena Lucinta Luna dianggapnya menutup-nutupi keperibadian yang sesungguhnya.

"Gue temen-temennya banyak yang kayak gitu, yang kerjaannya lipsync tapi mereka tidak menganggu, baik sekali orangnya dan mau jujur sama kehidupannya. Gue respect. Tapi sama yang satu ini gue kurang respect kerena dari awal kemunculannya dia sudah ya tuhan. Pas diketemuin ya sudah," tutup kekasih Dipo Lathief ini.

Ketika menjadi bintang tamu dalam sebuah talkshow yang ditayangkan salah satu stasiun televisi swasta, Lucinta akhirnya cekcok dengan Nikita Mirzani. Kejadia ini bermula saat Ruben Onsu yang memandu acara talkshow ini menanyakan pesan Lucinta untuk warganet yang kerap memberikan komentar pedas terhadap dirinya.

“Intinya adalah jika kamu mau terjun ke dunia entertainment itu kamu harus bermodalkan kejujuran karena apa, dari kejujuran itu orang akan respek apapun yang ada di belakang kamu dahulu. orang pasti akan menerima dengan ketulusan dan lapang dada,” ujar Nikita Mirzani pada kesempatan yang sama.

Merasa dinasihati oleh Niki, Lucinta pun mengucapkan terimakasih. Akan tetapi Nikita tidak merasa menasihati penyanyi dangdut itu. Seketika itu pula Lucinta menghampiri Niki dan berbicara di depannya. Jari telunjuk Lucinta pun terlihat menunjuk Niki. "Saya punya privacy," ucap Lucinta sambil menunjuk wajah Nikita.

Dalam insta storiesnya, Lucinta Luna pun menyampaikan permintaan maaf kepada program televisi tersebut. Selain itu, Lucinta juga menuliskan kronologis peristiwa adu mulutnya dengan artis seksi Nikita Mirzani.

Sebelumnya, Nikita Mirzani sempat membuat sebuah tulisan di insta stories miliknya. Tulisan tersebut terkesan menyindir Lucinta yang sedang diisukan melakukan operasi perubahan kelamin.
